In his first job after graduation, Mr. Kitami was tasked to find a suitable office for the company. Unsatisfied with the service of the agencies that he visited, his effort came to naught. Deeply frustrated by the experience, Mr. Kitami envisioned a way for real estate agency to better connect with its clients and help them find what really suits their needs. To fulfil his aspiration, Mr. Kitami took the action and established his own brokerage firm – the List Group in 1991 when he was 25.

The real estate market took off in the 1980s when Mr. Kitami gained much experience from working as a professional sales elite in real estate companies. Having seen and experienced first-hand the distorted ecology in the brokerage market, Mr. Kitami set the then new company’s first mission to be restoring the trust of clients in real estate agencies when he established List Group.

Over the years, under the bold visions of Mr. Kitami, List Group has acquired not only the loyalty of individual clients but also an enviable reputation in the industry, leading a strong presence in Japan and around the globe. Under Mr. Kitami’s leadership, List Group has made its way into the complicated and ever-changing Asian property market since 2016, building a network of offices in Singapore, Manila, Hong Kong and Bangkok. Mr. Kitami helped create a vast international network for cross border brokerage.

As the Group grows, Mr. Kitami continues to bring new ideas to the industry. In 2012, the company became the first real estate company in Japan to offer home owners defect warranty for used independent housings sold. More recently in 2017, the company has committed in developing the innovative eco-town in Yokohama.

With over 20 years of profound experience in real estate finance, a strong track record in trading and an extensive network in Japan and overseas, Mr. Yamada is the perfect leader to operate and oversee the Asian branch of the globally recognised brokerage firm.

Mr. Yamada began his career in ITOCHU Corporation, the second largest general trading company in Japan, and subsequently joined Hypo Real Estate Capital as a lender. Later, he shifted his focus to cross-border property investment, further exploiting his expertise in brokerages and expanding his network in sizable companies such as Mori Building, Tokio Marine and CBRE Japan. He was the head of the consulting business in CBRE Japan before joining List Group.

It takes more than only experience and network to operate and lead a real estate agency in Asia. With the courageous, discreet and all-round leadership of Mr. Yamada, List Holdings Singapore Pte. Ltd is now amongst the top real estate agencies in Asia. Mr. Yamada also oversees the operations of List Group in Southeast Asia including Hong Kong.

With over 20 years of experience in luxury brand management, Sincere is a seasoned professional in business development, strategic planning, sales and marketing, mainly specialized in fine watches and jewellery. After graduating from the University of Hong Kong, she worked for various multi-national companies in management positions both in Hong Kong and Canada. Her experience with the Fairchild Group in Vancouver enriched her knowledge in real estate development and property management.

Prior to joining List Sotheby’s International Realty, Sincere was the Vice President of luxury brands including Blancpain and Harry Winston. Her excellent track record in managing prestige brands has earned her great respect and trust among the clients and peers in the industry.

In her free time, Sincere loves to travel and enjoys skiing.
